Omar Metwally

Omar Metwally is an American actor best known for his roles in Rendition, Munich and Miral. Most recently he was seen in the role of Dr. Vic in the Showtime series The Affair, as Dr. Fahim Nasir in NonStop and in USA Network television series Dig.

Metwally was born in Queens, New York to an Egyptian father and a Dutch mother, and moved with the family to Orange County, California at age three, where he was raised. Metwally gained a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and while acting around the Bay area gained an Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater, San Francisco.
